Interpreting Northern Colonial Slavery at the Trent House – presented by the William Trent House Museum
December 1 @ 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Some of the “invisible” inhabitants of the Trent House, a historical landmark in Trenton, included Native peoples and enslaved people from Africa. This presentation will focus on their stories and present ways of examining primary source documents.
This workshop is intended for K-12 social studies teachers, and all NJEA members are welcome to attend.
